Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at info@vasickaninova.sk within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, stains, or other use.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please send returns only after contacting us by email and receiving return instructions.
