Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We currently ship within Slovakia and selected EU countries.

Estimated delivery times:
Slovakia: 4–10 business days
European Union: 10–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details.
